USB Holds Grand Finale of Intra University Presentation Maestros 2019 Competition

The Grand Finale of “Presentation Maestros 2019”, organized by ULAB School of Business (USB) was held at ULAB’s Campus A Auditorium on Thursday, 12 December, 2019. Five teams participated in this third and final round.

Students from multiple disciplines demonstrated their presentation skills on the topic “The State of Democracy Around The World” followed by a Question & Answer session. The judges panel included Mr. Niaz Morshed Patwary (Assistant Professor, USB), Ms. Rumana Liza Anam (Assistant Professor, USB), Mr. Nafees Imtiaj Ahmed (Senior Lecturer & Co-ordinator, BBA Program), Mr. Wafi Aziz Sattar (Lecturer, School of Social Science) and Ms. Tazrian Shainam Shahid (Lecturer, USB). Each team received a total of 10 minutes time to showcase their presentation skills and knowledge on this critical and complex global issue.
Exhibiting exceptional skills throughout the competition, Team ‘Backbenchers’ were the champions of Presentation Maestros 2019. The 1st and 2nd Runners- up were Team ‘Aristocrats’ and Team ‘Ex-Ronins’.

Prof. Imran Rahman, Dean of ULAB School of Business & Special Advisor to the Board of Trustees also attended the event where he delivered a few words of inspiration and handed over the prizes to the winners. To conclude the event, Mr. Adnan Kabir (Lecturer, USB) gave his closing remarks and vote of thanks to the participants and the audience.
