Nazmun Nur Eva is a Senior Lecturer at the ULAB School of Business, where she teaches BBA program courses. As a scholar-practitioner, she brings together over twelve years of combined experience in academia and multinational corporate environments in Bangladesh and the United Kingdom, enabling her to bridge rigorous academic theory with contemporary business practice.
Prior to joining ULAB in May 2023, she served as a Lecturer and BBA Program Coordinator at two leading private universities in Bangladesh, contributing to curriculum delivery, academic coordination, and student development. Her earlier corporate career in multinational organizations provided extensive exposure to strategic management, customer relationship management, organizational practices, and business operations, enriching her teaching with practical insights and industry relevance.
Ms. Eva holds an MBA in Business Management (Strategic Marketing & HRM) from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Business College of London, UK, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Human Resource Management and Marketing from East West University, Bangladesh. She is currently pursuing an MPhil in Strategic Marketing & Human Resource Management at the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
Her teaching and research are driven by a commitment to developing future business leaders through critical thinking, experiential learning, and meaningful academia–industry collaboration. Her research interests include strategic management, marketing, entrepreneurship, human resource management, branding, consumer behavior, employee psychology, and organizational sustainability. Through her academic work, industry engagement, and student mentorship, she strives to contribute to evidence-based management practices and sustainable business development in emerging economies.
