Dr. Wazir Ahmad is an Associate Professor with over two decades of experience in higher education as an academic leader, educator, and quality assurance specialist. He has served in key leadership roles including Program Director, Head of Department, and Proctor, contributing to academic operations, curriculum reforms, and student development. As Additional Director of IQAC and a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, he supports universities in strengthening quality assurance, accreditation, and strategic capacity-building.
Alongside his administrative leadership, Dr. Ahmad teaches Accounting, Taxation, Operations Management, and Strategy, and has mentored numerous students in their academic and professional growth. He is also an active trainer in Outcome-Based Education (OBE), curriculum and assessment design, blended learning, and quality enhancement, working with organizations such as UGC, CEMCA, AMDISA, BAC, the British Council, and other international bodies.
Dr. Ahmad is committed on advancing academic excellence, institutional sustainability, and meaningful collaboration between academia and practice.

Dr. Wazir Ahmad’s research interests encompass quality of earnings and financial disclosures, capital market development, customer knowledge management, consumer rights, and corporate social responsibility. His work explores how transparent reporting and strong governance practices enhance accountability and trust, while also examining the role of capital markets in promoting sustainable economic growth. He is particularly interested in how businesses can leverage customer knowledge for innovation and competitiveness, as well as in advancing consumer rights and responsible corporate practices.
