Shubhankar Shil is an Assistant Professor with over two decades of experience in the domain of higher education as an academic and career mentor, educator, and pro bono tertiary education advisor. He has served in key management and advisory roles with different organizations including IDA/IBRD, IFC, ADB, UNDP, UNCDF, IRRI, WHO, and different academies in home and abroad. As a forerunner and avid campaigner of building effective organizations by removing the overlapping and bottleneck, he calibrates the organizational protagonists to actualize maximum possible potential. He is a firm advocate for strengthening sustainable organizations.
He facilitates active learning for the undergrad and graduate learners, particularly learning modules of management and organizations, law and jurisprudence, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, financial and accounting information system, value-added and financial reporting, direct and indirect taxation, supply chain management, organizational policy, operations & strategic management. He is also an avid facilitator with particular interest in Outcome-Based Education (OBE), curriculum and assessment design, blended learning, and quality enhancement, working with different academic, academic regulator and accrediting organizations.
He is committed in academic excellence, institutional sustainability, and meaningful partnership among different stakeholders entailing learners, mentors, academic facilitators, faculty members, academia, and organization, the ground of practice.
