Dr.Muhammad Saifuddin Khondaker is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at ULAB School of Business. Saifuddin has BBA and MBA from University of Chittagong and Master of Accountancy from Western Sydney University. His PhD was on Corporate social responsibility practices in a traditional developing country - perspectives from the Islamic banking sector from the University of South Australia. Saifuddin is also an associate member of CPA Australia.
Saifuddin has held previous positions as the Assistant Professor at Universal Business School Sydney (UBSS), and Sessional Lecturer and/or Research Assistant at University of Wollongong, Deakin University, and University of South Australia. He had served as Customer Service Officer for Westpac Bank in Australia for two years as well before starting his PhD. Prior to his higher studies in Australia, He worked several years as Lecturer in the Department of School of Business at the International Islamic University of Chittagong.
