Faisol is an internationally certified and trained pracademic with 18 years of experience in academia and corporate. Prior to ULAB, he was a faculty member in HRM at the University of Glasgow, UK, and North South University, Bangladesh; and visiting scholar at a few other public and private universities in Dhaka. Besides teaching, he served C-Suit positions in some of the largest business conglomerates in Bangladesh and worked closely with several large enterprises as an HRM consultant. He is also a certified Interpreter for Scottish Courts and Tribunal Services, Police Scotland, Scottish Prison Service, law firms, public schools, and housing societies in Scotland, UK. He was trained in qualitative research methodology at the University of Oxford and business & management leadership at the University of Glasgow. He frequently delivers speeches and presents his research in international knowledge outlets and think tanks. He has received numerous research grants from various international institutions and professional bodies. He has authored a book, published 15 peer-reviewed journal articles, and attended more than 200 business conferences, seminars, and workshops. He is also associated with many professional institutions and associations across the globe.
